Remedy

There are three remedy  available for our client.

  1. Retraction
  2. Injunction
  3. Damages

First of all, we will send another request of retraction to both parties. Telegraph replied us they were going to withdraw the editorial and publish an apology article, however, they are not going to offer to make amends. 4UB also email us and said that they did not have any intention of defaming of our client and that was fair comment so they rejected our first request on 15th April 2015. Secondly, if the first remedy is not accepted and Telegraph and 4UB keep publishing defamatory articles, we will take an action of injunction.
